Terms of Service

Welcome to MLM Cosmetic. These Terms of Service outline the rules, guidelines, and agreements for utilizing our wholesale glitter and raw material supply services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Our MOQ structure is designed to support both indie brands and established enterprises.

• Standard Catalog Products: MOQ starts at 100 units per SKU.
• Custom Formulations & Packaging: MOQ typically starts at 500 units per SKU, depending on the complexity of the requirements.

2. Sampling and Development

• Sampling fees may apply for custom formulations to cover R&D costs. These fees are often credited towards your first mass production order.
• Sample lead times are generally 7-14 days. Revisions are subject to additional timeframes.

3. Payment Terms

• A standard deposit of 30% is required to initiate raw material procurement and mass production.
• The remaining 70% balance must be cleared prior to final shipment.
• Accepted payment methods will be detailed in your formal proforma invoice.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

We respect your brand's proprietary assets. Any custom formulas developed specifically under a paid R&D agreement, as well as any provided brand assets (logos, designs), remain the exclusive intellectual property of your company. We are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to project commencement.

5. Quality and Compliance

MLM Cosmetic manufactures strictly in accordance with ISO 22716 and GMPC standards. We guarantee that goods will meet the approved sample specifications. We are not liable for compliance issues arising from specific regional regulations outside of standard EU/US requirements unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

6. Shipping and Liability

Shipping terms (e.g., EXW, FOB, DDP) will be agreed upon per order. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer according to the selected Incoterm. We strongly recommend comprehensive shipping insurance for all orders.
